The usual white label setup and its problems
Most agencies resell link building from a wholesale vendor. You sell a package to the client, order links from the vendor at a per-link price, and mark it up. It works until something goes wrong. You cannot see how the links were earned, the vendor's sites may overlap across your clients, and when a client asks why a link disappeared, you have no record to show.
Per-link prices also squeeze your margin. Wholesale vendors often charge a few hundred dollars per link, so every link you resell needs a large markup just to cover account management.
How BacklinksBot works for an agency
Instead of buying links from a vendor, your agency runs the outreach on BacklinksBot. Each client is a site in your workspace with its own campaigns, goals and budget caps. The bot finds link gaps against that client's competitors, picks targets, writes personal emails, sends them from the mailbox you connect for that client, follows up, drafts replies and confirms every live link.
Your team approves emails or sets trusted campaigns to autopilot. Your client sees a clean report with your logo. Nobody sees our name.
One analysis, no signup. The first five targets with DR, strategy and why they fit.

Client reports with your brand
Each client gets a shareable report link with your logo. It shows the links that went live, the linking pages, anchor text, rel value, DR on the BacklinksBot DR scale and the strategy behind each link. Because every link is checked on the live page and monitored daily, the report reflects what is actually live today, not what was delivered three months ago.
Give a client a viewer seat if they want to watch the pipeline board themselves. Viewers can see progress but cannot send or change anything.
Margins you can predict
With a flat platform cost, your margin depends on how you price your service, not on a vendor's per-link rate. You decide how to package it for clients: a monthly retainer, a set number of campaigns, or link building bundled with content. Any publisher fee a client approves is paid directly to the publisher and capped by that campaign's budget.
We do not suggest a resale price and we never charge per link. The board shows cost per link per client, so you can see which accounts are profitable.

Onboarding a new client
From then on, the board shows the client’s progress from Prospects to Links live, and daily monitoring keeps the report current.
- 1 Add the client’s site to your workspace and connect the mailbox that will send their outreach, with a daily sending cap.
- 2 Run a link gap analysis against up to 10 of the client’s competitors.
- 3 Create a campaign with the client’s goal, strategies and a budget cap for any publisher fees they approve.
- 4 Choose which of the client’s pages to promote, so every target gets matched to a fitting page.
- 5 Keep the campaign in approval mode at first, then switch routine strategies to autopilot.
- 6 Share the white label report link with the client, or give them a viewer seat.

Questions people ask
What are white label link building services?
They let an agency sell link building under its own brand. Usually the agency buys links from a vendor. With BacklinksBot, the agency runs the outreach itself on a platform that stays invisible to clients.
Can my clients see BacklinksBot in reports?
No. Agency plan reports are shared links with your logo. Clients see your brand and their links.
How many clients can I manage?
The Agency plan covers 15 sites and 25 active campaigns, with 5,000 new outreach contacts a month across them.
Can I give clients access to the dashboard?
Yes. Add them as viewers. They can see the board and reports but cannot send emails or change settings.
Do you charge per link for agencies?
No. The Agency plan is $1,499 a month, or $749 a month billed yearly. Any publisher fee is paid by your client directly to the publisher.
Can I run link building for clients in different niches?
Yes. Each client site has its own campaigns, competitors, strategies and budget caps, so a SaaS client and an ecommerce client run side by side without sharing targets. The suppression list is shared across the workspace, so an opt-out from one campaign is respected everywhere, and the board lets you filter by client when you review progress or prepare a report.
