Link Building Service That Runs Your Outreach on Autopilot

BacklinksBot is a link building service you run as software. You give it your site and a goal, and it finds link gaps, picks target pages, writes and sends outreach, follows up, negotiates and confirms every live link, for a flat monthly fee with no per-link charges.

What the service does, start to finish

Most link building services hand you a report at the end of the month. BacklinksBot shows the whole job while it happens. Here is the full loop the bot runs for each campaign.

  1. 1 Find the gaps. The bot compares your site with your competitors and lists pages that link to them but not to you, pages that list products like yours, and pages that mention you without a link.
  2. 2 Pick the targets. Each page gets a DR score on the BacklinksBot DR scale, a strategy and a short reason why it fits.
  3. 3 Find the right person. Contacts come only from public sources, such as contact pages, author bylines and site imprints.
  4. 4 Write and send. Each email is personalized to the page and sent from your connected mailbox, under your name.
  5. 5 Follow up and reply. The bot sends up to two follow-ups, sorts replies, and drafts answers and negotiation replies.
  6. 6 Verify and watch. When a link goes live, the bot checks it on the page, including anchor and rel, then keeps monitoring it.

Set a goal, not a task list

On the Growth and Agency plans you can run a campaign in goal mode. You write the outcome you want, for example ten DR50+ SaaS links a month under $2,000. The bot plans how many contacts to reach and which strategies to mix to aim at that goal, then shows progress on the board.

We do not promise a fixed number of links, because results depend on your niche, your content and the sites you target. What you get is a plan that adjusts and a board that shows exactly where each prospect stands.

The pipeline board

Every prospect moves across five columns: Prospects, Contacted, Replies, Negotiating and Links live. Click any card to see the target page, the email that went out, every reply and the link record. On Growth and Agency, the board also shows cost per link, which is your plan fee plus any publisher fees you approved, divided by the links that went live.

ColumnWhat it holdsWhat the bot does next
ProspectsScored target pages with a public contactWrites the first email, waits for your OK in approval mode
ContactedPages that got the first emailSends up to two follow-ups on a set schedule
RepliesAny answer, sorted by intentDrafts a reply, flags opt-outs to the suppression list
NegotiatingPublishers asking for changes or a feeDrafts a negotiation reply, proposes rel="sponsored" if money is involved
Links liveVerified links on the pageMonitors weekly or daily, alerts and sends a recovery email if a link is lost

Strategies the service runs

The bot picks the strategy that fits each target page. Starter covers resource pages, listicle inclusion in "best X" lists, broken link building, unlinked brand mentions and lost link recovery. Growth and Agency add guest posts, competitor link copying, link insertions into existing articles, digital PR angles, journalist requests and partnerships. Each one is explained on the strategies page.

White hat by design

Read more on our white hat link building approach.

  • Public contacts only. No scraped personal data, no guessed private emails.
  • Opt-out in every email. One click, honored right away, with a global suppression list.
  • Your identity in every email. Your name and your postal address, as CAN-SPAM requires.
  • Daily sending caps on each mailbox to protect your domain reputation.
  • No PBNs, no link farms, no comment spam, no automated forum links.
  • Paid links get rel="sponsored". If a publisher asks for a fee, you approve it, pay them directly, and the bot asks for the sponsored tag as Google's guidelines require.

Who the service is for

If you need a one time burst of links from a list of sites, this is not that kind of service. It is built for steady, earned links that keep coming month after month.

  • B2B SaaS teams that need a steady flow of relevant links every month and have no time for manual outreach. See SaaS link building.
  • SEO agencies running link building for many clients and wanting white label reports instead of reselling per-link vendors.
  • Ecommerce brands losing rankings to competitors with stronger link profiles.
  • Content and PR leads who want brand mentions and journalist requests turned into links.
  • Founders replacing a monthly link building retainer with a flat subscription they can watch.

Plans and pricing

Starter costs $199 a month, Growth $499 and Agency $1,499. Yearly billing is half price per month: $99, $249 and $749. We never charge per link. Limits count usage in the billing period, you can cancel anytime, and access lasts to the end of the paid period. Questions people ask

What is a link building service?

It is a service that gets other websites to link to yours, usually through outreach. BacklinksBot runs that outreach as software: research, emails, follow-ups, negotiation and link checks.

How long does link building take to show results?

Outreach replies come in days, and links usually go live over weeks. Ranking effects take longer and depend on your niche and content. The board shows each step as it happens.

Does BacklinksBot send emails without my approval?

Not unless you choose autopilot. In approval mode every email waits for your OK. Autopilot is available on Growth and Agency.

Is this link building service safe for my site?

The bot only uses white hat strategies, public contacts and real outreach. It never uses PBNs or link farms, and paid placements get rel="sponsored" as Google asks.

Do you charge per link?

No. You pay a flat monthly fee. Publisher fees, if you ever approve one, go directly from you to the publisher and stay within your campaign budget cap.
