Most link building tools stop halfway
There are two common kinds of link building tool. The first kind checks links. It tells you who links to you and to your competitors, and then leaves the rest to you. The second kind is an outreach CRM. It stores prospects and sends sequences, but someone still has to find the pages, find the contact, write the pitch and chase replies.
Both are useful, and both still need a person to do the hard part. BacklinksBot is built to do that part. It takes a site and a goal and runs the full loop, while you keep the final say on what goes out.

Find my link gapsOne board for every link
Everything lives on a pipeline board with five columns: Prospects, Contacted, Replies, Negotiating and Links live. Open any card to see the target page, why it was picked, the email that went out, the replies and the final link record. On Growth and Agency, a cost per link number sits at the top, so you always know what each live link really cost.
You never have to rebuild a spreadsheet to answer "where are we this month". The board is the answer.
Approval mode or autopilot
Every plan starts in approval mode. The tool drafts each email and waits for your OK. You can edit the wording, skip a prospect, or approve a batch. Once the drafts sound like you, Growth and Agency let you switch a campaign to autopilot, and the bot sends within the daily caps you set.
Either way, every email goes out from your connected mailbox, under your name, with your postal address and a one-click opt-out.

Built to keep your domain safe
Outreach tools can burn a domain when they send too much, too fast, to the wrong people. BacklinksBot sets daily sending caps per mailbox, uses only public business contacts, keeps a global suppression list and honors every opt-out. It never uses private blog networks, link farms, comment spam or automated forum links. When a publisher asks for a fee, the tool proposes rel="sponsored" and shows you the risk first. More detail is on our white hat link building page and the security page.
What a normal week looks like
Once a campaign runs, the tool needs only a little of your time. Early in the week, new targets from the latest analysis appear in Prospects with their DR, strategy and reason. In approval mode you skim the drafted emails and approve them in a batch, editing any that need your voice.
Through the week, the bot sends within your daily cap, follows up on older emails and sorts replies as they come in. Cards move to Replies or Negotiating, and on Growth and Agency each one comes with a drafted answer. You spend your time on the few replies that need a human decision, such as a publisher asking for a fee.
By the end of the week, new links sit in Links live with their anchor and rel checked, and monitoring has rechecked the older ones. If anything disappeared, an alert and a drafted recovery email are waiting.
Try the tool on your own domain
Enter your domain in the link gap demo. The tool reads your site, finds competitors if you skip that field, and lists the pages that link to them but not to you. You see the first five targets with DR, strategy and the reason they fit. Plans start at $199 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly, on the pricing page. Questions people ask
What is the best link building tool?
It depends on who does the work. If you have an outreach person, a CRM may be enough. If you want the tool to find targets, write, send, follow up and verify links, an autonomous tool like BacklinksBot fits better.
Can a link building tool replace manual outreach?
It can replace most of the manual steps: research, contact finding, writing, follow-ups and link checks. You still decide what goes out, through approval mode or autopilot rules.
Does BacklinksBot work with my email account?
Yes. You connect your own mailbox, and outreach goes out from it under your name, with daily sending caps to protect your domain.
How is DR measured in BacklinksBot?
DR on BacklinksBot is our own 0 to 100 estimate built from public domain rank data. It helps you compare targets, and the scale is the same across every report.
How much does the link building tool cost?
Starter is $199 a month, Growth $499 and Agency $1,499. Yearly billing halves the monthly price to $99, $249 and $749. There are no per-link fees.
